New applications launched

The Öhlins Road and Track line-up is growing and for 2012 we have added several new models for this high-performing automotive suspension range.

Added to the line-up is seven new models and the list now consist of 26 different Road&Track applications with more models already under development and testing.

The MINI Cooper S-models are very popular and we have now added a Road&Track-kit for the R56model launched in 2007 to complement the previous R50 and R53 applications. This coil-over kit of course comes with the superior DFV-technology found in all other R&T-applications from Öhlins.

The Porsche line-up has also increased and Öhlins is happy to launch a Road&Track application for both the 996 and 997 models to bridge the gap to the current R&T Club racing package available for the Porsche 997 GT3 RS. The new Porsche applications fit the 996 and 997 Carrera as well as the 996 GT3, and the Porsche Road&Track line-up now has a broad range from R&T applications up to the R&T Club Sport application for the 997 GT3 RS.

BMW M3 is an icon in the automotive world ever since it was launched in the late 80’s. Öhlins is proud to add the iconic BMW M3 brand to the Öhlins Road&Track applications. We have developed a Road&Track kit for the M3 E46 and the M3 E92 models, kits that will further improve the cars already excellent combination of road comfort and track performance thanks to Öhlins unique DFV technology. The kits are currently under testing and will be launched officially later in 2012.

Nissan GT-R is another high-performing car that can enjoy an upgrade from Öhlins Road&Track. The latest addition is the current R35 model for which a R&T applications will be available after the summer after final tests have been performed. In addition to these models Lexus IS 250, IS 350 and the IS F is also available for an Öhlins Road&Track suspension upgrade.

Besides the Öhlins patented DFV technology all these Road&Track applications are of course also rebuildable and height adjustable and comes with a 2 year limited warranty. They have like all our Road&Track products also been corrosion tested according to the latest standards.
